About the Attorney

Amanda L. Marino is the founder and principal attorney of Alee Creative Counsel.

With an analytical yet innovative nature, Amanda knew she had a talent advocating for those in creative and entrepreneurial spaces. She attended New York Law School to pursue media and entertainment law, and began her career working with brands and talent in deals across film, TV, and theater. At the same time, the creator economy was booming more than ever, and Amanda was starting to recognize for herself the importance of content creators seeking legal advice, inspiring her to dive into the space and see where it can grow.

Amanda believes that protecting your rights means ensuring that your entire business succeeds, but the logistics of doing so also need to align with your current needs. To prioritize accessibility and efficiency, Amanda offers flat-rates for contract review, LLC formation, and consultation calls.
